Edit Request

Data Uploader will be further exposed on the specifics of the uploaded item and at the same time, exploring the platforms that the company is using to further sell products to the customers including - change price, change product name, change photo, and other specific information of the uploaded item.

Note: For edit request in terms of changing price, the Data Uploader shall copy first the old price of the item and put it in the personal tracker as reference in terms of comparing changes in price of items, particularly if the price of the item has been decreased due to edit request.

Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Ginee or Omnirio shall be present in the windows tab of the Data Uploader.

  • Shop Column: pertains to the shop that the Data Uploader will work on.
  • Item SKU Column: will serve as the reference of the Data Uploader in editing the information of the item.  
  • Revision Request Column: serves as the instruction for the Data Uploader in fulfilling the task.
  • Link Applicable Column: pertains to the reference of the Data Uploader, especially if the revision request is all about changing the photo and/or description of the item.
  • Comment Column: refers to the feedback of the inventory in case that they have concern in the edited SKU of the Data Uploader.
  • Status Column: is where the Data Uploader mostly input "DONE" after they fulfill the task for that item.
  • Lazada and Shopee Column: is where the Data Uploader include the links of the item for the reference of the inventory in checking the task.
