Data Gathering for Lazada and Shopee

It is important for the company, in general, to get updated on the performance of the shops in the platforms that they are being used.

Lazada
  • Product Quality Index shall hit Products > Assortment Growth > PQI. It shows the Product Name together with the update time, corresponding category, punishment, and actions. This usually appears in the Seller’s Account, due to: (1) Item has received low product ratings from the buyers; (2) Products have been returned by buyers due to seller-fault reasons; and (3) Buyers submit a complaint to the customer support team of Lazada.
  • Account Health in Lazada that serves as the monitoring of the condition of the shop in the said platform in order to further check if there are certain violations. Account Health is connected to another part of gathering information through Policy Compliance Points. 
  • The Policy Compliance can easily help the Data Uploader to look for specific items that have violations together with their corresponding points.

Shopee
  • In order to be directed in this section in Shopee, the Data Uploader shall hit Account Health under Data.
  • If there is an increase in the penalty points, the Data Uploader shall scroll down and take screenshots of the metrics in order to be included in the report for the specific information about how the shop ran in the past week in order to be reported, together with the rest of the members of the Marketing Team.
